Returns and Exchanges

Because our prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind, including changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Jayla Rose Art. Refunds may be considered for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the issue. We will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled because it is created specifically for you.

Commission Artwork

Custom artwork orders are created specifically for each customer. Commission payments are non-refundable once the artwork process has started.
