Hi, it’s good to see you here! I’m Jayla Rose, a visual artist from the Southeast of America.

God has blessed me with the talent and skill of painting and drawing. I have been creating art since I was five years old, but I didn’t fully recognize my skills until I was around ten. At that time, my art teachers and family began encouraging me and advocating for me to participate in local art shows and art contests.

I used to be timid about sharing my work, but not anymore. Why should I be timid about the gifts God has given me? God has had a calling on my life since I was a child and has anointed my hands. I didn’t fully understand this until I gave my life to Christ in 2022. In 2025, I came to a deeper understanding that this is the calling God has assigned for me.

My original paintings and prints are faith-based and inspired by the Holy Word of God. I believe that the Holy Spirit gives me the visions, and I am simply the vessel that creates. My work is created to visually express Scripture on canvas and to share to people that Jesus is Lord, whether they know Him, are learning about Him, or feel lost.

Sharing my art is an act of obedience. Through my paintings and prints, I aim to spread the Word of God and the goodness of Jesus Christ.
